Throughout this journey we will work together, as clients are active participants both during and between sessions in supporting their own growth. In our therapeutic relationship, your role is just as valuable as mine, and we will combine my occupational therapy expertise with your knowledge, experience and perspective. In addition to working with each other, we can also collaborate if you choose with other members of your support team including your family, doctors and school team.

New ideas, problem solving, diverse approaches and innovation, are all a big part of Songbird OT. Whether it’s using music or nature (it’s all in the name!) to motivate and connect to your abilities and goals, or using the latest techniques from research (evidence-based practice), we will embrace creativity to inspire success.
